When you contact us

You can reach us through Instagram or by calling or texting us. When you send us a DM, Instagram's own privacy policy applies to that platform. We use what you send us only to reply to you and to talk about working together.

If you call or text us, we use your phone number only to respond to you. We do not share phone numbers with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to any marketing list.

The pricing page

The "Build your own" menu on our pricing page runs entirely in your browser. We do not receive your selections. If you use "Save my order", your device opens its own share or email screen, and the order goes only where you choose to send it.

How we use and share information

We use information only to run and secure this website and to respond to people who contact us. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone for any reason.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Nuestro Agency, our clients, or others.
